Except for the supervisor with no compassion everyone else in customer service was super helpful to this point. This isn't the only problem I have had with this fridge.
The icemaker kept frosting up on the outside and not making ice. Samsung told me how to reset it but I had to do that at least once a week and defrost it. Eventually, the ice maker had to be replaced. Back to GE for me. For the last year the ice maker freezes monthly. Now the freezer just stopped cooling.
Can't even give my grand babies an icey. Two different repairmen and two service fees I see these complaints. What kind of nonsense is this? Samsung has got to know these costly appliances are defective. I am retired and trust me, I don't have thousands of dollars to throw away. So what can be done? Is this going to continue?
